Prepare a vey good display, with leaflets in a pocket for people to read.
Tell him that you will put the display in the store for free, complete with the product.
If the product doesn’t sell, it costs nothing.
At the end of a period (dependent on displayed stock, and expected sales, 1 day/week?), a representative will visit to refill the display, and invoice him for each item sold.
He doen’t need to outlay anything, but can make profit. The only thing he has to do is to get the bar codes registered on the computer system for the check-out.
