@vickycPINK– Hey love! Thanks for the question. You can use Retinols starting at your age for sure, especially if you have breakouts.. I started using Philosopy products at your age… I use a pink eyeshadow on my cheeks by Bare Essentials called Pink Posey!! =) xoxo
