What are the best tips for Skin care (for a man)?
I’m 30, and didn’t really take care of my skin the best over the years, but now, I’m concentrating on being as healthy as possible, and want to really make my skin look the best that it can. It’s not acne or super rough or anything, I just know that I can really make it better. Any tips? Foods, products, things like that, thanks!
