Does Meladerm (Civant skin care) work?

Is Civant skin care (“Meladerm” ) a scam with fake review sites?

I noticed that Meladerm can only be found on phony websites with phony claims that the public cannot rate. I usually look at Amazon ratings to find out if products work (by public vote) but you cannot find Meladerm on Amazon even though you CAN find it on ebay (where public CANNOT vote).

I am guessing it’s all a scam. Am I right??
