What food, vitamin and skin care can help to sooth blemish prone skin (which at same time, also dehydrated)?
I have sensitive and dehydrated skin. But at the same time, also prone to have pimples. When my skin if dehydrated, need to apply more moisturizer. But it will cause more breakouts.
Gradually, my skin become sensized. After the extraction in beauty centre, face become ‘reddish’ and few days later will have breakouts and flaking skin.
Would like to ask: what kind of food or vitamin or skin care product that can taking care all these problems at same time.
I am 30 years old. During teenage time, no pimples/ breakouts at all.
drink lots of water and eat lots of fruits and vegetables. Take 3 fish oil pills a day or add more fatty fish like salmon to your diet.
oatmeal soothes irritated skin. make a mask with the Aveeno oatmeal bath or just use regular oatmeal.
use an oil-free moisturizer to balance your skin. I like the Dermalogica line.
