How good is my routine skin care?
Almost every day I: Clean with a control acne cleanser containing 2% pitch salicylic acid with 5% homemade tea tree oil hydrates with Clean & Clear salicylic acid 0.5% Apply sunscreen zinc oxide, if I have the intention of being in the sun too long at night I use Neutrogena retinol cream instead of the clean and clear moisturizer. Every 4 days, I Use a facial scrub instead of cleaning. In winter, I sometimes use vitamin E oil or olive oil as a moisturizer every 2 weeks using a mask of turmeric and honey
His routine skin care sounds great if you are having problems with acne. Salicylic acid is very drying and will help eliminate skin cells so they do not obstruct and create blackheads. Election so good at it. The tea tree will also be drying, but it is also antibacterial another good option. Zinc oxide is a large and sunscreen is also very healing for damaged skin … so good. Retinol makes me a little nervous about the research shows that it can cause birth defects even after quitting. Or maybe I'm behind the times … I have not been aware of the retinol products and the research behind them. Does anyone else know about this? Facial scrub every four days sounds pretty good so it does not dry the skin too. Vitamin E and olive oil are good options too. I've never heard of a face mask of turmeric with honey, but it sounds like honey healing is an ancient remedy for skin conditions and is hydrophilic which means they will make the skin hydrated, moist and very soft. It is also antibacterial – such as turmeric. The only other things, I'd add to change your pillowcase every night to avoid cross contamination of bacteria (this works better than you would think! can also try to switch to organic cotton bedding and organic and allergy pillows behind chemicals and synthetic materials in pillowcases regular can aggravate or even be the main cause of acne, also pay attention to your laundry soap.) Second, add cleaner water rice occasionally. Every day is best. If you have not heard of rice water, Michelle Phan has an excellent tutorial on how to do it, use it and store it. This a great skin toner for any skin type. And it's easy and cheap to make. Basically, add the rice with water and let stand in refrigerator for a couple of hours – that separates water from rice and then put the "rice water" in the face with a soft clean cloth. Can also be used as a facial treatment to soak the clothes and leaving it on your face for 15 minutes. I was surprised how well it worked. It leaves the skin smooth and ten times as smooth as it once was. You can see the pores in your skin. Unbelievable. And so cheap!
