beauty tips needed………?
i have a little dark skin an the colour is not equal all over my face(i don’t have any disease).i just want to become a bit fairer.so do you have some natural tips???????????????
my hair is semi-silky …so how should i make it silky(totally) and can you give me some tips for hair growth and caring?
i am a little thin person and i wanna become HEALTHY so can you give me some tips for it.( i eat alot so dont give that tip)
*answer should be preferably natural things and not chemical

for skin:-
take sum gramflour(besan)
mix it wid curd and little water
mix well d mixture and apply it on d whole body every week
it not only fairs ,it also nourishes and softens ur skin
for hair:-
1.wash ur hair with aloevera every 2 weeks
2.I always use mayonnaise its great i use this once a week. People properly think uh gross but all you have to do is rinse your hair leave mayonnaise in 2 to 4 minutes and wash out with any shampoo i use the cheapest shampoo i can get because it doesn’t strip your co lour i reconmend it.
for health:-
sumtimes when u think u r thin and eat lots 2 gain it lots affects ur weight and sumtimes u don’t get 2 no
so
1.take lemon water wid honey every morning at6-7 am
2.eat more power meal food
3.A power meal is basically a meal which comprises of a quick digesting source of protein and particular energy foods which also digest quickly and help to increase blood glycogen levels as fast as possible.An example of this would be a quality whey protein powder blended with certain fruits.
4.eat fats like:-
coconut oil
animal fats
eggs
Essential oils
butter
cheese
Stay away from trans fats and hydrogenated fats!!
