What little luxuries do you maintain for yourself?
I give myself Yardley Rose soap at one sink, goats milk soap at the other, Aveeno body lotion, Neutrogena Norwegian hand cream, miniatures of favorite fragrances, Summer’s Eve bubble bath, Johnson’s baby cornstarch, St. Ives Apricot Scrub and Clinique sensitive skin bar for my face, and a good astringent without alcohol, a good moisturizer. Keeping these things for routine I find helps distract me from the cares and concerns of following current events.
Do you have such routines?
Good heavens to Betsy gal.. If I did all that to my skin I would be swallowing a tank load of benadryl.. However, a nice hot bath with just goat’s milk soak will do me.. I do love my candles in there though. And a little glass of vino.. Other than that.. I like to watch the news and keep up with current events as I believe it is better to not be an ostrich with my head in the sand.. If I was THEN.. I would need all those ingredients you just listed.
